Terms & Conditions

By registering for or participating in any class, workshop, or event offered by Cutno Arts & Culture, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration and Information Accuracy

Participants or their parent/guardian agree that all information provided during registration is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge. Cutno Arts & Culture is not responsible for issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

Participation and Conduct

Participants are expected to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and behavioral expectations provided by instructors and staff. For group registrations, the group lead is responsible for communicating expectations and guidelines to all participants.

Media Release

Participation in our programs grants Cutno Arts & Culture permission to use photographs, video, and/or audio recordings taken during classes, workshops, or events for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes, unless written notice is provided in advance requesting otherwise.

Assumption of Risk and Hold Harmless Agreement

Participation in classes, workshops, and events may involve physical movement and other activities. By registering, participants or their parent/guardian acknowledge these risks and agree to release and hold harmless Cutno Arts & Culture, its staff, instructors, volunteers, and representatives from responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation, except where prohibited by law.

Payments and Deposits (Group Workshops)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a group workshop date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the workshop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cutno Arts & Culture reserves the right to reschedule workshops in cases of emergency, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions that could affect the safety or quality of the program.
